Responsible for email campaign management, coordination, and production, including working in HTML templates, editing, project managing, and working closely with editorial, programming, and design teams.
• Participates in the strategy and conception of email campaigns with Manager
• Oversees the creation of email specifications, as well as production and delivery schedule
• Ensures that deadlines are met with consistently high quality and cost-effective implementation
• Negotiates and sets expectations with other departments. Leads the resolution of cross-functional issues; effectively resolves issues with management
• Keeps technically abreast of changes, advancements, and/or improvements within the email marketing and digital-media communities, incorporating these improvements where applicable
• Works effectively with Programmers, Designers, and other internal partners to assure that overall objectives are met
• Deep understanding of Direct Marketing and ability to drive customer through life cycle- acquisition, reactivation, etc.
• Strong ability to use KPI, insights and reporting metrics to optimize communication strategy
• Innovative DM professional delivering cutting-edge campaigns, always thinks about ROI as a result of all initiatives
• Technically savvy and has a strong drive to automate processes, use latest CRM technologies to dynamically generate content
BS/BA and 4+ years of experience working in email or web-based production.
Proven ability to manage projects.
Must have familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, and have strong communication, organization, editing, and management skills.
