Email Marketing Specialist

A large media company in Philadelphia is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage the creation, optimization and execution email marketing initiatives. Candidate will work to develop innovative email tactics to meet and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work with a wide variety of audiences across the organization as related to email communications (mar-com, brand, IT, product managers, legal, compliance)

• Ensure timely delivery of creative brief, assets, links and other information to keep email deployments on schedule

• Manage internal and external stakeholder approvals to ensure all teams are aligned, aware and prepared for all emails being sent to customers

• Oversee QA and compliance for email campaigns, as well as list management

• Work with technical and marketing team to implement any new enhancements related to automations and trigger programs

• Consolidate and analyze email campaign performance data for our email campaigns that powers our weekly and monthly dashboard reporting

• Serve as point person for email calendar requests and maintain the email campaign calendar along with any seasonal/thematic email promotions

• Stay current on email best practices surrounding performance, mobile adoption, social media, etc., and socialize those learning’s across the team

• Gather all applicable metric data to contribute insightful analysis to make effective, data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements across

all online marketing channels
