Email Marketing Specialist

Execute and deploy marketing campaigns and emails using Client marketing automation
platform. Build and optimize automated campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Must have email
marketing and web development experience. Must be knowledgeable in email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

Build campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms in the Eloqua marketing automation platform
Code emails and landing pages using a combination of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Build and optimize automated lead-nurturing programs in Eloqua to improve open, click-thru,
and lead conversion rates
Collaborate with project owners, designers, copywriters, and other personnel to produce emails
and landing pages that meet project requirements
Design and test web forms and landing pages to ensure accurate lead collection and process
flow
Advise management, and other Marketing personnel, on methods to improve campaign results
Monitor inbox and respond to emails accordingly – manage unsubscribes
Provide administrative support of Eloqua – manage contacts, administer users, build/
modify programs using the Program Builder, configure Cloud Connectors, and manage the
Salesforce.com integration
Establish, track, and report on standard campaign metrics
Provide feedback and content for Marketing reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in email marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience on the Eloqua marketing automation system
Strong Web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong understanding of data management and governance
Good understanding of email best practices and the CAN-SPAM act
Ability to use Adobe Photoshop for image editing
Ability to use Microsoft Excel for list management tasks
Good communication and collaboration skills
