Our client is seeking an outgoing Email Marketing Specialist full-time..... The ideal candidate will have previous experience in SEO, PPC, CRM, list management and email marketing campaigns. Must be able to organize, maintain, and optimize databases and improve accuracy and integrity of data. Ideal candidate is a fast learner and excellent problem solver and will have the ability to multitask and oversee multiple campaigns across multiple outlets. A big plus if you have worked with CRM/Marketing optimization software as you'll be responsible for managing the flow of leads through the customer life cycle. ​

• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

• 2-3 years of experience


• Day-to-day management of email campaigns including but not limited to strategy, creative, calendaring, implementation, execution, optimization, monitoring, structuring A/B and MTV testing, reporting and analysis to increase revenue.

• Produce weekly and monthly status, strategy and reporting that details KPIs results, and summary of strategy based on data.

• Track and analyze email performance and conversion metrics, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of each campaign and the overall channel.

• Identify and develop new email opportunities to increase engagement and traffic, and customer lifetime value.

• Execute email marketing campaigns to include customer segmentation, tracking, approvals, deployment and monitoring.

• Maintain marketing & promotional calendars.

• Monitor and recommend strategies to improve delivery.

• Work to understand the backend journey of an email, barriers to making it to the inbox, handoffs, DNS, IP’s, definition of all bounce reasons, etc.

• Participate in data analysis reviews and apply lessons learned to future digital efforts to improve performance.

• Stay up to date on competitive marketplace, email trends and best practices.

• Develop, implement and maintain search engine optimization and linking strategies to drive the performance of our websites organic searches helping them appear top of the rankings for a wide variety of search engines.

• Translate marketing goals into successful key phrases and site strategies.

• Implement SEO strategies with target goals in mind.

• Analyze the success of SEO campaigns and develop custom reports to highlight key findings.

• Analyze traffic and/or rankings reports.

• Maintain expertise on search engine news and trends in this competitive and everchanging field.

• Analyze post click behavior.

• Provide recommendations for improved site performance.

• Other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
