We’re in search of an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering email marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. In addition, you’ll also develop and deploy best-in-class email programs for several lines of business and end users. As the Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the team’s goals to increase overall consumer engagement and conversions, maintain high deliverability, provide top of the line customer service, AND, have fun while doing it!

What you will be doing:

Partner cross-functionally to target segments appropriately and develop engaging email campaigns to convert and retain customers through promotional, lead nurture, trigger-based, and event-driven campaigns.
Support management of the segmentation, development, testing, QA, and deployment of email programs.
Gain a thorough understanding of our customer data, defining actionable segments and creating customer life-cycle engagement campaigns and programs.
Update and analyze campaign reporting and use data and analysis to inform testing and refinements of future campaigns.
Support and train internal clients on campaign management within email service platform and use of email best practices.
Be an internal email expert, keeping up-to-date with email best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

BA/BS in related field required with 2-3 years of experience preferably with email marketing automation programs.
Experience with Silverpop/IBM Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other similar platforms with automation capabilities preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in HTML and a solid understanding of online marketing. Prior experience using Adobe Dreamweaver is preferred.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with database software is highly desirable.
Knowledge in email fundamentals: email best practices, database marketing, CAN-SPAM Compliance, deliverability, KPIs, etc.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with consultative approach.
Outstanding project management with high attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading skills, setting high standards for quality.
