Email Marketing Coordinator
Duties:
We need someone to work with the Developer & Platform Relations (DPR) team to develop and implement new strategic initiatives, as well as continue to launch and improve upon existing marketing programs. You will execute, manage, and report on campaigns focusing on engagement, traffic, lead generation & nurturing and lifecycle messaging. You will be combining knowledge of Eloqua with our CRM solution to manage campaigns, process and analytical results to drive campaign performance. You’ll be a key resource to multiple departments, helping them to execute and enact both manual and automated email programs and track the measurable impact on our team’s success.



The ideal candidate will have a very advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices, will be process and analytics driven, and will have strong attention to detail.



Responsibilities:

Design and build HTML/CSS emails, forms, landing pages and microsites
Become the internal expert on the company’s current email service provider tool and work with various teams/stakeholders to turn their ideas and content into email content.
Align (or partner) closely with this top Social Media Company's marketing operations teams to maintain a clean and global marketing automation platform
Work with internal DPR stakeholders to launch advanced automated email programs including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and re-engagement campaigns, and help optimize messaging and campaign flows
Become the expert in email lists and segmentation - be the trusted source for various marketing audiences
Plan, develop, test & execute targeted campaigns (e.g. email alerts, newsletters, etc.) tied to key metrics
Champion best email marketing practices with key stakeholders, ensuring vested interest in the success of marketing campaigns
Analyze and interpret key email metrics, recommending strategic improvements and efficiencies to help maximize results.
Drive continuous campaign optimization to improve engagement rates, lead quality and conversion rates


Skills:
Qualifications:

At least three years of experience building and implementing successful email marketing programs
Knowledge working with marketing automation systems, lead scoring and CRM integration
Exceptional project management skills with an ability to work with multiple groups and on tight deadlines. Multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests
Strong attention to detail and comfortable QAing and executing emails to large lists
Strong communication skills, copywriting skills, and knowledge of email design (HTML & CSS)
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, JavaScript, SQL are a plus
Experience/familiarity with developer marketing a plus
Creative marketer & self-starter with the ability to propose and build new campaigns and programs
Knowledge of email and direct marketing principles and best practices
Understanding of email marketing operations, technology, testing techniques and platforms specifically building requirements for list segmentation, workflows and triggered events
Bachelors degree required
