Are you a skilled and organized Email Marketing Project Manager looking for your next long term project (12-18 months) in Long Island City, NY? Do you excel in a team-oriented environment and excel at Email Marketing tasks? Well we have JUST the project for you!

Responsibilities:

• You must be hands-on, with strong tactical skills and the ability to work primarily in Excel (although advanced Excel skills not needed), working with multiple spreadsheets simultaneously and heavy QA and proofing.
• You will be responsible for working with internal as well as external partners, to ensure feedback is implemented, then re-routed and final campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• You must be able to hit goals and stick to tight deadlines with fanatical attention to detail!

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• You will handle routing and execution of email marketing programs • You must be able to manage multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines
• You will ensure communication matches strategy and that feedback is captured
• You will be required to secure approvals through hand-off of final creative documents to channel deployment teams
• You must be able to audit all communications for quality control before final deployment
• You will work with Excel spreadsheets and internal technology tools to manage execution and approval process
• You will provide status updates, issues for discussion, and recommendations for improvement opportunities

Required Skills/Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience managing execution of email marketing campaigns
• Financial industry experience strongly preferred
• Fanatical attention to detail
• Proficient with Excel (although not advanced) and Adobe Acrobat
• Manage multiple projects with changing priorities, overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines
• Quickly learn and adapt to automated workflow systems
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal communications skills

Breakdown of Work:
• 40% - Managing hi-volume campaign components for internal/external routing utilizing Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• 30% - Proofreading communications to meet branding requirements and quality standards
• 20% - Working with various internal/external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
• 10% - Misc/Administrative (uploading documents to internal workflow management system)
