Email Marketing Pardot Specialist

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation experience to join their Corporate Marketing team at their headquarters in Dallas, Texas. You will be responsible for optimizing their Pardot marketing automation platforms to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and the distribution of content to the right audience at the right time. This role will also help manage and support corporate website content management, analytics, SEO and social presence.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with senior members of the marketing team to develop lead nurturing and SEO strategies, orchestrate campaign execution, monitor activities, and measure results
-Utilize marketing databases, marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics), digital marketing technologies, SEO tools, and A/B testing
-Leverage technical, intellectual, and creative assets to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates
-Collaborate with marketing team on digital marketing initiatives to improve customer attraction, cross selling and retention
-Analyze data to enhance customer-targeted marketing with dynamic content and improved user experience with post-campaign analytics.
-Build landing pages and forms for data acquisition where necessary
-Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights to enhance our understanding and improve decision-making, evolve the business, and drive measurable growth.
-Communicate results and insights to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
-Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decisions support to the business
-Prepare and maintain a library of digital creative assets (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, etc.) in support of sales, marketing, and business development efforts
-Manage corporate website content updates via a Content Management System (CMS)
-Manage social presence for the bank

Qualifications:
-Ability to develop and maintain marketing campaigns and events within Pardot and on varied industry standard platforms
-Knowledge of relational and marketing databases and the ability to establish effective procedures
-Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous requests of varying size and scope
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
-High degree of technical proficiency and knowledge of Pardot, SalesForce, digital marketing and social platforms, and relational databases
-Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of Adobe applications related to creation and management of content
-Highly self motivated and directed
-Keen attention to detail
-Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Html, CSS knowledge a plus
-B2B Marketing experience and familiarity with the banking industry–especially, the regulatory environment, a plus
- Business attire required
