Firebrand are excited to again be partnering with this leading technology business, reporting to the Head of Digital this is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be responsible
for developing and implementing the company’s lead nurturing strategy with a heavy focus on email. Lead generation and lead nurturing is an integral part of their business growth by empowering the Sales team to drive growth.

This broad role will see you developing the lead nurturing strategy – from scoring leads from cold to warm, developing email programmes within SalesForce/Pardot, to competitor analysis and reporting. On a daily basis you’ll work with the Sales teams to ensure the warmest leads are delivered to Sales Representatives to be actioned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Nurturing Strategy: develop, implement and optimise the lead nurturing strategy
• Manage Email Programmes: manage the end-to-end process of all email marketing communications
• Lead key developments across lead nurturing process through Salesforce/Pardot
• Analytics & Reporting: leading implementation of tools and platforms that monitor, analyse and provide insights
• Ensure all email marketing communications comply with regulatory requirements
• Responsible for the identification, mapping and implementation of process automation and improvement
• Become the first point of contact for all things Lead Nurturing within the business
• Introduce ground breaking ideas that have never been considered or implemented
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Lead Nurturing procedures and reports
• Participate in the continued growth of the business through on-going development and optimisation of the website
• Assist in gathering and analysing feedback/data from sales, marketing channels

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 Years+ Digital Marketing experience with a heavy focus on email is paramount to be considered
• In-depth understanding of the entire lead nurturing lifecycle
• Analytical skills, reporting on various campaigns and initiatives and their effectiveness (provide examples)
• Strong experience with Salesforce/Pardot or similar (i.e Eloqua, Marketo) is mandatory
• Experience dealing directly with sales teams and/or a broad range of stake folders
• A 'can do' attitude, with a burning desire to grow and develop
