Email Marketing Manager

Our Client's Media Solutions team is looking for an experienced, creative and detailed oriented marketing professional who will be responsible for executing Media Solutions’ portfolio of email marketing campaigns, and for producing and promoting webinars.
Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation platforms required. Experience with producing webinars preferred.

General Responsibilities:
· Act as owner of email campaigns and landing pages, and as producer of all webinars.
· Manage all execution accurately and effectively, with on-time delivery and good data hygiene.
· Develop various workflows, coordinating lead flow between marketing and sales through marketing automation tools.
· Create and lead the development of ongoing communications targeted toward multiple key segments within the Media Solutions’ global customer base.
· Create landing page strategy utilizing industry best practices and marketing automation tool to best leverage marketing efforts and drive towards conversion.
· Develop and test new messaging, while leveraging and scaling existing content developed by the Marketing team in new and creative ways to engage with our customer database.
· Analyze campaign performance and data through various reporting tools; interpret and communicate results for sales and marketing staff and leadership.
· Champion database marketing strategies that drive for conversion and support sales efforts through a marketing automation tool.
Act as primary team representative to various internal “clients” who rely on email marketing to advance their business needs, especially within the Marketing Team. Be an expert within Media Solutions on the email marketing space. Work collaboratively with various internal teams.


This role will work across the marketing organization to lead our database marketing efforts to drive and to maximize acquisition, retention and engagement.
The role will be responsible for incorporating input from key marketing stakeholders and for focusing both on the display and TravelAds businesses.
We are looking for someone with deep experience in implementing customer communication campaigns as well as general marketing competencies to support establishing our Client in the digital media space.
Our Client is investing heavily in the advertising business and Media Solutions will be a crucial driver of overall revenues.

Candidates must have a marketing background; an emphasis in B2B database marketing execution is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in online marketing and executing B2B database marketing campaigns as a means to generate leads, grow revenue and raise awareness. Collaboration is a “must-have” and will be a critical component when contributing successfully to the team. Must be a strong performer with exceptional organizational and communications skills, and have a track record in successfully meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects.
