eNewsletters (emails highlighting our sectors)
Event suite (including invites, save-the-dates, confirmation, thank you, etc emails)
Updates (client letters, bulletins, alerts, etc)
Internal emails (announcements, employee communications)
The idea is to redesign all these email communications within the categories holistically, so they are consistent with each other. The redesign will reflect a thoughtful approach in making our emails more user-friendly. This will entail a full analysis of each email that is currently deployed. In addition to designing more modern and cleaner templates, we will also look at the content organization and make recommendations on that front. For the eNewsletters specifically, we will also minimize the use of superfluous, dated and off-brand imagery that is currently used. There will be an option to insert an image, however, it will not be the case for each feature article.
This design approach will ensure the integrity of our brand so that our clients and potential clients recognize us from a digital perspective. The redesign will also reflect some design components from the new website to further enhance our brand.
Below are other items to keep in mind to support this endeavor:
Support local language (ie Hebrew and Arabic languages that read from right to left)
Fonts used should be the same as the new website
Should work seamlessly across all major email clients (i.e. Outlook)
Should be built as responsive emails to accommodate mobile devices
