Email Marketing Coordinator

The client is a cruise line company in San Francisco, CA looking for an to join their team for a 3-month contract. The first two weeks will be 20 hours/week and the remainder of the contract will turn into full time hours of 40 hours/week. You are required to be onsite at least 1 day/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Working to support the Marketing Director and collaborate with the design team & developer to optimize build & deployment processes
- Execute 2-3 email campaigns per week, with a lead-time of one week to a few days, depending on deadlines
- Build email, forms, landing pages and campaigns according to specifications and work collaboratively in Marketo
- Maintain production schedules to ensure campaigns are produced and delivered on time
- Perform QA including link checks, on each email prior to deployment
- Analyze performance of previous campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns
- Maintain Marketo database to ensure clean data

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Producing large volume emails/email compaigns
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and general web publishing
- Marketo, Pardot or similar marketing automation tool
- Understanding of email coding best practices including responsive email and landing pages

NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
- B2B and/or B2C marketing experience
- Salesforce
