One of our Fortune500 company in Bellevue, WA is looking for an email marketing associate for their enterprise division.
It's a operational role - working with other corporate partner organization to deploy email marketing campaigns. (QA, Ad-hoc, HTML) Super fast, agency like environment!

The Associate Email – Quality Assurance is responsible for the content and link quality of our clients’ email and mobile campaigns.

Key Accountabilities
• Conducting thorough QA checks on assigned client projects at several production stages. QA checks include copyediting email content for grammar, spelling and client-specific style; checking email link functionality; and reviewing mailing setups in e-Dialog's proprietary content-management tool.
• Following QA best practices, identifying problem areas, and suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Creating and updating client documentation.
• Understanding project objectives and schedules.
• Participating in project and team meetings.
• Fostering open communication with fellow QA Specialists and other key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements include:
• +1 year experience in email marketing - copyediting and proofreading a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• An ability to juggle and prioritize multiple daily tasks with tight deadlines.
• Being a proactive self-starter and independent thinker.

Bachelor’s degree required (English, Communication or Marketing focus a plus)
