Email Marketing Associate

The purpose of this position is to plan and execute email marketing in the US and Europe. This role includes working closely with cross-functional team members as well as external vendors. This position reports to the Manager, Global CRM/Email Marketing.

Key responsibilities:
- Email planning
o Develop and maintain email calendar to support multichannel (eCommerce, outlet, and retail) business goals and CRM strategy: outline campaign goals, content, segmentation and frequency
o Manage internal communication to drive integration across consumer touchpoints including eCommerce, in-store, and marketing campaigns
- Email project management & execution
o Develop and lead day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns, including creative brief and development, feedback process, segmentation, production, asset delivery, QA and deployment
o Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure coordinated execution and drive email performance
o Partner with vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment
o Manage transactional and triggered emails updates
o React to changing business needs by modifying calendar and adjusting deliverables efficiently
- Email reporting & analysis
o Utilize reporting tools to create reports and interpret data
o Analyze email performance vs. goals and share insights and recommendations
o Modify and share go-forward strategies based on learnings and email best practices
- Strategic projects
o Manage improvements to email processes, templates, or functionality
o Propose and execute email test plans

Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA in a relevant field, required
- Experience: 1- 3years experience in email marketing
- Execution: excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional team members
- Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, poised and flexible
- Skills: excellent written & verbal communication skills; strong analytical capability
- Industry knowledge: passionate about apparel, eCommerce and CRM

Additional Qualifications
- Prior retail/apparel eCommerce experience
- Experience with ESPs (Email Service Providers) or email marketing platforms
- Experience managing dynamic content and triggered emails, a plus
- Experience with global teams
