We are working with a national non-profit organization whose goal is to close the gender gap in technology through creating strategic programs, leading the movement to inspire, educating, and equipping young women with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. They are looking for a Email Marketing Associate to join their team to work 40 hours a week, on-site, starting ASAP, on a temp/temp to hire basis.
-Expert experience in Campaign Monitor. Prior experience working with an email service provider, managing email campaigns, and reporting on results.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally with multiple teams.
-In charge of compiling all of the requests from teams for various segments, draft up the copy, and build out the templates to optimize the email content.
-Responsible for designing the strategy of the email marketing program and day-to-day operations -- including everything from copywriting and template design to analysis, reporting, and technical systems.
-Adapt to different voices to create engaging emails including key customer segments such as: students, parents, community organizations, and corporate partners, in close collaboration with Programs and Development Team
-Strong analytical skills with the desire to turn data findings into recommendations
-Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
