Email Marketing Analyst

Growing international company seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing Analyst to enhance the company’s B-to-C email marketing database strategy through data analytics to accelerate the company’s already rapid growth. The Email Marketing Analyst will utilize insights from past email campaigns and/or nurture programs, guide product owners’ email strategies to increase the velocity at which leads move through the lead lifecycle and, ultimately, increase customer life-time value (LTV). This is a unique and challenging opportunity for an Email Marketing Analyst to expand and continuously optimize the company’s email marketing program.
Responsibilities:
• Provide recommendations through analytic insights to develop v. 2.0 of the company’s data-driven email marketing program to generate leads, nurture prospects, and cross-sell customers.
• Analyze email campaign effectiveness based on key metrics (e.g. open/click/CTO rates, opt-outs, revenue contribution, etc.) and provide optimization recommendations to product owners on a regular basis.
• Leverage the customer database to analyze member behavior and provide recommendations for continual improvement of email campaign performance (e.g. testing subject lines, CTAs, time of day, cadence, etc.) that drives engagement and retention.
• Monitor email campaign deliverability, ensuring high inbox success rates.
• Be the expert on email best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM (and similar) laws.
