An award winning, market leader of marketing solutions for the travel, tourism, and meetings industry is in search of a Digital Media Marketing & Ad Coordinator to join their fast paced team. This is a great opportunity for an eager Digital Marketing Coordinator to join an incredible digital media company that's growing like crazy! !

This role will entail implementation of digital advertising campaigns on behalf of clients via online advertising and email marketing.

The Coordinator will execute and deliver campaigns, which includes upload, set up, Q&A test, schedule, and deploy advertising via a 3rd party ad serving system or email application. Candidates MUST know HTML and want to contribute to the growth and evolution of the technology team and products.

Email marketing experience is not a must - They are willing to train the right candidate! Someone who is smart, outgoing, and wants to learn email marketing.


Responsibilities:

Maintain schedule of email and online advertising
Track advertising material; negotiate material extensions, interact with client to ensure deadlines and spec are met
Convert material to html format and make necessary corrections
Set tracking URLs and update ad material files accordingly
Monitor all product schedules and communicate with sales if there are any
Ensure accuracy of emails, list usage, and acquire approvals
Ensure accuracy of banner ads being served

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

One year email marketing or digital ad operations experience
IAB Ad Operations Certified is a plus
College degree
Intermediate proficiency with HTML required. Knowledge of Flash is a plus.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data
Experience in the email marketing industry is a plus
Knowledge of ad serving
Knowledge of media production, especially for large public-facing websites.
Familiarity with rich media, including various forms of online creative formats
Previous experience with 24/7 Real Media Open Ad Stream or Doubleclick’s DFP ad serving systems
Ability to take the lead on special assignments and comfortable with taking a leadership role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients
Ability to research ad serving discrepancies, understand website and email metrics. Assist in helping sales interpret the results of their digital campaigns. Assist clients to build and improve their email marketing or online advertising.
