As a part of our client's creative team, you will be challenged with creating designs that reach and connect with millions of people every day. You understand the connection between layout, copy, imagery and action. You want to persuade people to action, but want them to feel good about their choice. You understand the nuances of designing for big brands. You will report to the creative director and work alongside the creative teams in multiple offices. Ensure quality and consistency of client’s visual brand language in emails and landing pages, the lion’s share being responsive.
Design cohesive sets of slides, templates, and visuals for presentations.
Use data to inform your design approach.
Can be inspired and create in a 9-5 environment (we like to get in and get out, we strongly value work/life balance).
Requirements 3–5 years of either agency or in-house design experience working on established brands
Understanding of the limitations of various email clients and technologies
Fluid ability to work in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Keynote or similar tools
Enjoy collaboration of ideas and processes
Ability to construct, or dictate how your designs will work in HTML and CSS
Current on latest responsive design thinking and techniques
Love the internet
Friends get annoyed that you like to talk about design all the time
Desired Experience (Not Required) Strong skills in illustration and/or animation
Conducting user testing and/or analytical research
