Job Overview

What we’re looking for: 

Experience: 
● 3+ years’ work experience working as a digital coder, agency or client side 
● Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS and understand responsive design 
● Knowledgeable on cross-client/platform issues, code solutions, best practices and email 
guidelines/standards 
● Must have good handwritten HTML & CSS 
● Understanding of email design 
● Good problem solving skills 
● Standout online portfolio and code examples demonstrating current email best 
practices 
● Good Knowledge of modular and responsive HTML and CSS for email marketing 
● A passion for front-end development 
● Strong attention to detail and QA skills 
● Be highly organised and efficient with time management 
● Must be highly responsive, mature, and good at solving problems 
● Sense of humor and a good team ethos 

What we ask: 
● Work with the client services team to understand the brief 
● Understand client amends and give good alternative designs 
● Code to a modern email standard 
● Research and implement the latest email code breakthrough technologies 
● Perform cross-client testing using Litmus 
● Work to a high standard and meet set deadlines 
● Manage priorities, workflow and be highly organised overall 
● Be passionate about your work and spread this to the team and clients alike 
● Hit the ground running and bring fresh new ideas to the team 
● Good knowledge of a variety of ESPs 
Qualifications/Skills: 
● HTML5 a must 
● CSS 
● Responsive design 
● Table Based layout 
● Cross-browser/email client 
● Understanding of email service providers 
● Graphic design knowledge 
● Adobe suite
