Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a talent email automation specialist to join the digital marketing team for a global eCommerce solutions platform based in Sydney. This is an exciting, busy and diverse role that will give you the opportunity for a data driven specialist to take ownership in managing the marketing automation system across Asia-Pacific for demand generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs to support company and business objectives for the region.

About Job

Working as part of the successful digital marketing team your primary focus can be split into two areas; firstly identifying & targeting key segments within the exciting database to monetise and drive increased revenue via compelling cross/up selling campaigns. Secondly you will be made solely responsible for implementing nurturing, on boarding, and engagement programs for new leads, as well as retaining existing customers.

Ideal Candidate

You will posses a high level of experience and depth of knowledge of marketing automation software(s), with the ability to demonstrate and discuss enterprise level database management practises (segmentation, reporting and maintenance), email marketing best practices and A/B testing.

Proactive by nature you will process a can do approach to innovation and delivering outcomes, relishing the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities, whilst always maintaining strong attention to detail.


3-4 years experience managing email campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation both internally and externally
Experience in a B2B marketing department desirable
Experience working with Salesforce desirable
Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence experience
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage
