Editorial Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and catalog all the current editorial work across Product Marketing Managers & Marketing
  • Develop and maintain a real-time calendar of our major editorial moments, creating and communicating visibility
  • Identify points of coordination & collaboration, and escalate areas where we are duplicating or contradicting key editorial moments or perspectives
  • Work to minimize duplication by ensuring key stakeholders are informed
  • Synthesize learnings and synergize with team
  • Coordinate with analytics to understand and articulate impact of initiatives to team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing or related discipline
  • Experience communicating to internal and external audiences
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in product marketing

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative, Social Sciences
  • MBA
  • Internet or technology industry experience
  • International experience
