ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER/DIGITAL PRODUCER

** A FORTUNE 500 RETAIL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER/DIGITAL PRODUCER! **

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing the start to finish process for content development and publishing on ecommerce sites. This role will provide ongoing support for seasonal and evergreen marketing launches. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and understands the project management best practices required to bring ecommerce content to life through project planning, resource management, creative development and review facilitation, merchandising, vendor management, and hand-off for publishing.
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, that are at different stages of progress (launch, content creation and management, QA/publishing, and ongoing maintenance.) 
  • Supports the launch of seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns and offers 
    across five sites (US, CA, UK, FR, DE). 
  • Digests marketing priorities and identifies gaps in information provided by marketing, 
    merchandising and product teams, and proactively works to fill those gaps, to ensure a 
    comprehensive marketing launch plan is in place 
  • Kicks-off content creators with all information and assets needed; moves this work 
    through organization via creative, business and legal reviews to gain final approval 
    before hand-off to publishers 
  • Clearly communicates business and technical requirements to copywriters and 
    designers, and assesses if work-in-progress meets these requirements 
  • Manages external vendors as needed to execute marketing/video content 
  • Collaborates with technical PM to establish creative timelines for large projects, new 
    pages or site functionality updates 
  • Manages complex marketing, offer and project timelines 
  • Tracks project progress to flag potential risks to a project’s success, and proactively 
    provides updates to impacted parties 
  • Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving business planning, 
    cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from all departments. 

MUST HAVE:

  • Project Management
  • Experience in a creative or digital environment
  • Front-end ecommerce content management and execution
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing 
  • Ability to execute consistently and with high quality, to deadline and to SLAs as agreed 
  • Knowledge of marketing communications or integrated marketing 
  • Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation 
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
