Ecommerce Marketing Manager

This role is for an experienced eCommerce Manger to drive growth for In this critical role, you will develop strategies and manage execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that will generate traffic, revenue and profitability. We are looking for someone who has a successful track record with selling r consumer packaged goods leveraging online retail, marketplaces, affiliates, paid search, emails, social and co-promotions. You will work closely with internal teams and manage external partners to develop marketing plans that align with financial objectives, national campaigns and engages the online consumer. The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative and a responsive team leader/member. Qualified candidates will possess strong business acumen, with analytics based judgement.

Under the direction of the Vice-President, you will:

  • Develop online go-to market vision and strategy to profitably drive growth through traditional and alternative channels
  • Drive key brand marketing strategies for these channels that align with both our corporate and goals and adhere to the marketing budget.
  • Develop and execute consumer acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations and executes tests for new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing calendar across channels to optimize revenue and promote brands.
  • Manage creation of online marketing content
  • Provide analysis for marketing initiatives and make actionable recommendations to drive success
  • Identify consumer trends for a best-in-class eCommerce experience
  • Actively participate and present to internal and external management teams
