Ecommerce Manager

Firebrand are excited to be with this leading international Cosmetics brand for the search for a eCommerce Manager. You will be responsible for growing the digital footprint
of this brand through the planning and delivery of an integrated online sales and service strategy across all e-commerce platforms and targeted consumer segments.

A major component of this role will be your ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and your immediate team across digital strategy, mobile, customer experience, production
and service quality in order to execute innovative strategies that meet commercial targets. With your experience in using a wide variety of digital techniques and channels in engaging
with consumers, your focus in this role will be driving the continued growth digital brand; across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
• Implementing online traffic marketing plans across all traffic sources (paid and nonpaid – SEO, Viral, Referral campaigns Google Adwords & listings and Facebook ads)
• Tracking Retention/Attrition, Segment Migration, Customer Profitability
• Ongoing testing, reporting and analysis of eDM campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation
• Working closely with an external agency to execute scheduled application builds and deployments in test environments tracking effectiveness against clear ROI measures
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the sites functionality and customer experience and ensure best practice across all platforms and devices are optimized
• Stay abreast of market and competitor activity at all times
• Work closely with internal stakeholders advising on performance and strategies for their departments in line with the focus of achieving and maximising digital sales
• Manage digital sales partner relationships to ensure appropriate KPIs and standards are maintained
• Play a key role in the development of the company’s long-term brand & digital planning to identify new online opportunities, markets and partners
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting to key stakeholders on business performance goals on a monthly basis

Desirable Skills and Experience
·
• Minimum 5+ years in similar field demonstrating commercial digital success across customer centered design, search, analytics and online product sales
• Experience in CRM is a must. Experience working with the Magento Enterprise platform and System 21 platform
• PHP/Linux/MySQL experience
• Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills
• Organised and methodical with ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
• A strong eye for identifying emerging online consumer trends and the ability to react quickly to maximize identifiable opportunities
