The Hotels.com Communications team is looking for a high energy, hands-on PR Executive to support in the execution of various PR activities that form part of the global PR strategy and regional communication program. If you have a passion for travel and technology, thrive in a fast paced and high visibility environment, and know what it takes to support the team on various execution tasks, we’d like to talk to you! In this role you will work closely with the global in-house PR team, our PR agencies across the regions as well as internal counterparts to help the team execute various PR activities. These include supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks such as invoicing, maintaining and updating the digital press rooms, analysing data to create a great story and clipping analysis. Creativity, resourcefulness, and an inspiring get-things-done attitude are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior communications professional that wants to grow his/her potential and make an impact in an exciting company at the forefront of today’s digital business. Key Responsibilities • Support the PR team with day-to-day administrative tasks • Manage the maintenance of global press rooms • Analyse data to creative newsworthy stories for the team • Carry out invoicing with global PR suppliers • Help source images and create assets to support global PR activities • Support with copywriting and internal communications Required Skills & Experience • 6 months - 1 year prior experience in a PR or relevant position • Prior background in administrative roles • English native speaker • Good creative skills, flair for content. • Strong attention to detail and highly organised The position would suit someone with some exposure to the PR industry looking to work for a large, dynamic organisation. It is not a senior role; so we would also consider those who have completed internships and are looking for their next move. To reflect the junior nature of the role please note the bill rate has been amended to £145 per day.
