ERP Training and Communications Specialist

This multi-year program will require significant Change Management, Communications and Training (CCT) support to ensure its success as the business processes and supporting applications that many associates employ daily to do their jobs will change significantly.

Contribute to development and implementation of marketing/communications strategies for Program IRIS impacted end users
Facilitate communication via current affiliate-centric programs (release note management, information sessions, newsletters and information forum)
Contribute/manage content for IRIS communication portal to ensure currency and accuracy of information
Support Area CCT leads through the Change Management and Communications process including the execution of plans to support stakeholder concerns (business unit leaders, managers, and end users)
Execute on the global change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change, the groups being impacted by the change and cultural differences between countries and areas within the company.
Support organizational readiness assessments and organizational change impact analysis, evaluating the results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to various levels of management within a country or region.
Support the tracking of adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and effectiveness of the established change network.
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Work with corporate communications, IRIS training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.
Support the Program Management team with key presentations for the Steering Committee, Executive Leadership, and All Hands Updates and Project Phase Kick offs.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and self-directed and able to carry out assignments to completion. Must be adept at operating a personal computer and have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in addition to a working knowledge of Microsoft Access, ERP (preferably SAP), including change management tools, technologies and flowcharting experience. Must be able to coordinate a number of projects or activities concurrently, accurately prioritizing work when multiple competing priorities exist. Must relate well with people at various levels of the organization and globally in every area of the world this company operates in, while putting forth a positive image of the organization to both internal and external parties.
