EMEA Sales Development Representative

The largest social media company in the world are looking for Support for the EMEA team in growing sales for their B2B social media products. The EMEA SDR will have responsibility for helping to grow new pipeline, effectively qualifying leads and opportunities, and ensuring high quality sales data is maintained to help drive rapid growth. Key activities will include: 

Lead scoring - monitor inbound leads, contact and qualify them with precision 
Manage organisation of growth events with Workplace leads. 
Create and maintain updated records for all leads in Salesforce 
Monitor leads, generate reports and detect patterns (on different systems) 
Create and monitor e-mail sequences in an automated tool 
Invite leads to webinars and manage replies / presence 
Monitor and identify which content to send / publish in groups/Multi-company groups 
Collect feedback from prospects, get answers and respond 
Lead enrichment (e.g. obtain detailed contact info for target outbound lists via web / LinkedIn) 
Proactively contact, navigate account to identify right executive and schedule meetings (outbound) 
Make presentations by video conference of simple and complex contents 


Skills:
Excellent communication by phone and email 
Excellent presentations 
Experience qualifying/ranking lead potential 
Reporting 
Dexterity in the use of different technologies (Office, video conf, faceboook, email automation) 
Tenacity and organization for high volume of contacts per day (phone and email) 
Ability to mobilize people and advance projects/follow-up 
Learn quickly and intelligence 
Maturity, critical thinking and autonomy 
Experience engaging with executives 
Experience working with Salesforce preferred (but not essential)
