EMEA Retail Marketing, Training Project Manager 
Location: Central London
Duration: 12 months 

Retail staff are one of the most frequently used and most impactful touch points in a consumer's journey. We are looking for someone to help us elevate our Client’s brand love and understanding of our products and services among third party retail (3PR) and carrier associates across Europe. 

In this role, you will: 

Work with Global Training & Advocacy teams and external agencies to manage and localize training content, toolkits and programs across EMEA 

Serve as the link between Global & Local teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency across training materials and events by organizing approvals, facilitating communications and tracking & reporting of impact 

Work with local agencies to improve communication between the company and our top retail staff trainers (Experience Managers) 

Partner with colleagues in retail marketing, retail operations and other teams to equips 3PR associates with an in-depth understanding and enthusiasm for our hardware products and services 

Win the hearts and minds of sales associates through events, compelling incentive programs and by leveraging other channels to connect with this audience 

Required Qualifications 
* Bachelor’s degree plus some professional experience, or equivalent experience 
* Excellent command of English 
* Experience in marketing / project management / process creation and optimisation 
* Strong organizational skills 
* Passion for digital, marketing and/or sales 

Preferred Qualifications 
* Experience in creating training/learning content for retail, proactive and detail-oriented 
* Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment 
* Proven influencing, vendor management and leadership skills 
* Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams 
* Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines 
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment 
* Strong project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks from multiple team members, and follow through with team members to achieve group as well as individual goals.
