EMEA Program Manager

Lead cross functional sales acceleration and business expansion projects supporting and driving revenue for the EMEA business. 

Core responsibilities: 
-Drive EMEA revenue by Program and Project managing multiple business acceleration projects 
-Work cross functionally with multiple London and US based teams including Sales, Sales operations, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, PR, Operations, Finance, Support and Packaging to drive action and execute flawlessly 
-Lead core team project meetings and influence and drive accountability to meet project commitments and deadlines 
-Provide action plans and identify / mitigate risks to deliver projects on time 
-Create & maintain cross-functional program plans and documentation to track & communicate project progress 
-Identify and communicate priorities, risks, and schedules to the EMEA leadership team 
-Develop and drive process improvements and documentation 

Minimum qualifications: 
-BA/BSC (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in program / project management 
-Proven history of managing multiple, cross functional and complex projects with global / remote stakeholders concurrently in a fast paced, technology, consumer electronic or product development environment. 
-Experience managing Go-To-Market process for hardware products 
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills 
-Organised and practical self starter with good attention to detail 

Preferred qualifications: 
-PMP / Prince2 (or equivalent) project management certification 
-Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives 
-Ability to influence and lead teams and execute effectively to deadlines 
-Passion, motivation and commitment to product excellence 
-Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution
