ECommerce Marketing Analyst

The eCommerce Analyst will be a member of a small team responsible for innovating and delivering high-value business solutions across multiple eCommerce sites operating throughout the world.

• Will gather requirements, collaborate with distributed teams to determine best approach, and manage the eCommerce initiative through to implementation.
• Be highly engaged in understanding and documenting complex business and eCommerce solutions.
• Identify, understand, and capture business vision and be able to relate business vision to implementable solutions.
• Create detailed specifications based on identified product or project requirements.
• Assume full accountability for coordinating and facilitating the gathering of project details.
• Distill and effectively communicate documentation to a wide audiences.
• Recommend and drive solutions in an innovative and collaborative manner that strengthens project execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks in varying phases of the project delivery lifecycle.
• Create prototype visual and contextual designs in a collaborative manner with cross-functional international teams.

This position works extensively with a matrix of globally distributed business-oriented groups and customers and requires a high amount of collaboration with teammates and customers.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Online Marketing, or Consumer Facing Web Applications highly preferred.
• Have proven ability to understand, manage and lead highly complex projects from conception through implementation.
• Be able to demonstrate clear and effective thought process as well as clarity and simplicity in writing and communication.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience working with cross functional teams to drive product development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven history of building strong relationships with team members.
• International experience and previous corporate retail experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.


Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
