LOCATION: Oakland CA
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: Full-Time || Mon-Fri || 6+ Months
PAY: $25-$35/hr (based on experience)

General Overview:
The Ecommerce Project Manager is responsible for the execution of all technical projects and updates in support of the company’s key web store strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will lead and manage the implementation of many varied sized projects to ensure a superior customer experience, drive engagement and increase site conversation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Ecommerce Project Manager in gathering business requirements from various business teams on projects and technical requests.
• Track Issues and tickets reported by the department and provide follow-up and support.
• Create and perform test cases; Ability to log issues and tickets through JIRA (Issue Tracker).
• Assist in managing third party vendors' products and tools.
• Provide and maintaining updates on project scheduling, deliverables and project risks.
• Create and maintain department documentation on site enhancements, integrations, and modifications.

Job Requirements:
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel and some exposure to a CMS tool
• Must be able to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot
• Very organized and articulate.
• Analytical problem solving skills.
