Looking for an ecommerce marketing professional with demonstrated experience driving growth in retail sales of hard goods.

Duties include developing strategies and plans for driving online sales growth, optimizing product offers to target profiles, developing best-in-class ecommerce websites, funnel analysis, adjusting product merchandising to changes in metrics, and creating strategies for product up-sells and cross-sells.
Prefer someone with a firm understanding of how ecommerce websites work.

Responsibilities also include:
- Ensure integrity of existing user interfaces by continually reviewing and coming up with solutions for concerns.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with design, usability, IT, and test teams to ensure clear scope and project progress.
- Work directly with technical teams.
- Lead project lifecycle through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Occasional development of sitemaps, conceptual mockups, and flow diagrams.
- Work with large, geographically dispersed teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years experience in website production with a very firm grasp of website fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, content management, dynamic page generation, personalization, and Web 2.0. (Although coding will not be part of the job, understanding of how the technology works is required.)
- 4+ years experience in ecommerce merchandising with demonstrated experience in driving online sales growth.
- 3+ years experience analyzing web traffic and ecommerce metrics, including funnel analysis.
- Excellent command of current website optimization techniques, including A/B testing.
- Powerpoint wiz.
- Outstanding ability to solve business problems with website solutions.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Endeca Experience Manager / Endeca Page Builder
- Certified Usability Analyst or equivalent usability certification.
- Experience selling consumer electronics.
