The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and directing all marketing and merchandising efforts for Cross.com. Incumbent will lead the strategic development, execution and measurement of key marketing programs and campaigns targeting both new and existing customers through new and existing marketing channels. Identify key learning objectives that will drive the marketing plan, ensuring meaningful and actionable takeaways from in-market programs. Work with both external and internal parties to plan, develop, measure and optimize email marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, and SEO campaigns and will help initiate social media marketing, online advertising campaigns, partnerships, mobile marketing communications, etc. Work with the Web Site Manager to better merchandise products on Cross.com and develop landing pages for marketing programs. This position will ‘own’ all aspects of driving consumers to Cross.com, generating sales and optimizing campaign performance over time.

 A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of online marketing experience, ideally focused on consumer products
 Have a proven track record of leading a team in accomplishing meaningful and sustained profit growth
 Plan, implement and measure marketing programs that drive awareness and traffic to the e-Commerce site in order to grow sales and foster consumer relationships over time.
 Work closely with marketing, sales, creative and IT to manage online sales and marketing strategies, content, communities and promotions
 Gain deep insight into consumer needs and trends, spending habits and purchasing behavior and develop relevant value propositions that support business strategy and segment needs.
 Use tracking tools (like Google Analytics) to make strategic and tactical recommendations, benchmark, measure and analyze results of on-line initiatives
 Prepare, monitor and evaluate e-Commerce metrics and key performance indicators by analyzing usage and trends as well as identify most effective marketing promotions/campaigns
 Provide an ROI analysis on marketing expenses and make recommendations for future programs
