E-Marketing Communications Coor

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients in Wellsley Hills, MA to help out on a long term, 20 hour per week, 6+month contract. This person will help with executing all campaigns across all customer and prospect touchpoints .The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the tools, data, techniques and strategies required to create successful, creative, and engaging digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a roll-up your sleeves position that requires a flexible professional that is able to respond to changing business priorities/needs. Must have the ability to multi-task in a heavy volume, high paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities:
• Hands-on management and ownership of the company’s sales lead tracking technologies (Salesforce and others)
• Excellent experience using Pardot (or Marketo) for creating and working off existing templates
• Plan, produce and implement multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs using marketing automation platform campaigns (SEM/PPC, marketing database e-mail, ad word, web advertising sponsorships/newsletters, internal/external webinars, website promotions, paid social media – LinkedIn, ad retargeting) with A/B conversion tests & multivariate testing
• Experience over the entire lead nurturing process (MQL to SQL funnel)
• Experienced in developing short form messaging (writing & creative) and ensures that all messages are on target for company brand, industry and customer persona
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points across the entire MQL lifecycle
• Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals for effectiveness
• Collaborate with agencies and other production vendors
• Reviews, cleans and uploads leads into Salesforce
• Plans, manages and reconciles approved campaign budget

Requirements/Experience:
• Experience in B2B software marketing campaign design and execution experience
• Self-motivated, results oriented with an excellent attention to detail
• Excellent common sense, organization skills and a get-it-done attitude!
• Strong vendor negotiation skills to optimize the marketing spend for best results
• Strong understanding of all the creative domains (visual design, copywriting, content strategy and interaction design
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Able to work collaborative with a cross function team including sales, web, database & product marketing peers in a collaborative fashion
