Our Eye Care Products client is looking for a E-Learning/Instructional Designer to join their team. This will be a 8 month contract assignment. If you are interested in this opportunity, please read below and then APPLY today!

Position Description and Responsibilities:
Administer, organize and conduct training, educational and communications programs in connection with global rollout of new computing system.
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitor effectiveness of programs.
Identify, create, execute program messaging and events needed during project duration based in continuous feedback, health checks, lessons learned.
Maintain, revise, update end user training materials and publish following departmental standards
Schedule and facilitate global end user training sessions
Support associate scheduling notification during end user migration to new computing system
Collaborate with corporate communications team to execute an established program communication plan

Skills and Knowledge Desired:
Experience developing and delivering application/system training modules
Solid command of ADDIE and Rapid Instructional Design principles and demonstrated skills developing instructor-led and web-based training products
Ability to effectively communicate thoughts/concepts/information clearly, in both verbal and written form.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills to lead groups and instruct classes; analyze communication barriers and provide direction to training participants; ability to adapt presentation style to ensure learning needs are met
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment and deliver quality service; manage time effectively and meet deliverable deadlines
Proven effective project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems and processes and comfortable in a fast paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrates adaptability; works effectively in faces of stress, ambiguity, difficult situations and changing priorities to lead change within the IT organization

Experience/Position Requirements Desired:
Education Degree in Education, Training & Development, Communications or related area desired (comparable work related experience acceptable)
1 year experience in Standup Facilitation (trainer, educator, etc..)
2 year experience in curriculum development
1 year experience in managing data/reporting
Experience in training technologies preferred
Active member of a professional training organization preferred
