Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity with one of our corporate clients that is looking for a talented Digital Graphic Designer to fill a permanent need on a contract-to-hire basis.

This position involves the design and creation of custom imagery and emails involving products within our client's catalog ranging from jewelry, handbags, and home goods but with an emphasis on fashion and accessories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design event imagery that is appealing and showcases the products within the event succinctly.
Craft promotional emails that correlate to an event image that incorporates numerous textual marketing pieces.
Work should be done non-destructively so changes can be made via direction of the Creative Director.
Manage library of assets in an organized manner so that product imagery can be reused if necessary.
Work with other departments on creative concepts.

5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop is required. Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe InDesign is preferred.
Candidate needs to have a strong grasp of design fundamentals and how it relates to composition, layout, color theory, typography, spatial depth, etc. Experience working in high-performance, high traffic environments is a must. A high level of organization and thoroughness is also required.

Work Environment
Work is done independently in an office environment.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, incumbent is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel, such as keyboarding and writing.
Auditory/Visual: Must have visual acuity to read. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly.
