E-Commerce Marketing Manager (CPG, Social Media)

As Digital Marketing Manager you will help create and implement digital media strategies that drive new customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including but not limited to internet, email, online advertising, video, and various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a robust social media presence for all product lines across various outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Identify and execute strategies that provide a long term path for optimization of sales results while improving efficiencies in digital marketing spend.
• Build growth in other traffic vehicles to micro sites to ensure traffic volumes meet strategic growth priorities.
• Obtain partnerships and supporters within the industry (i.e. utilizing blogger outreach).
• Deepen relationships with our current consumers to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Ability to analyze reports; draw insights, help the team identify optimization tactics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Manage all aspects of email communications (opt-out procedures, email platform management, testing/reporting/analysis, new approaches and best practices, daily email deployment, etc.).
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to achieve overall Company goals.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budget.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree with marketing or related field with 7+ years of experience in digital/social media marketing, E-Commerce in Consumer Products.
• Extensive understanding of digital marketing best practices
• Experience with social media, email and ad serving systems.
• Experience testing and analyzing campaign performance and customer conversion.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, basic web design to generate email templates and online ads.
• Strong sense of teamwork as well as leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Have a start-up mentality with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail & strong sense of urgency
