Our client is one of the largest sports and lifestyle brands in the world. They are passionate about performance, both theirs and yours and are always seeking to innovate.

Job description
The E-Commerce Manager will be improving the UX environment, website analytics and front- end operations (content management, merchandising) to increase the conversion rate and the revenue of E-Commerce for EMEA. You will be responsible for fully optimizing the conversion funnel utilizing the platform already provided by their excellent marketing team. You will report to the Head of E-Commerce and manage a team of 5.

Responsibilities
• Manage UX improvements (including AB testings)
• Improve conversion rates in the customer journey
• Performance analysis and reporting of e-commerce KPI's
• Responsible for optimization of the site conversion funnel
• Responsible for the website platform management (Hybris) on daily basis
• Content planning & execution: manage multilingual content sites (33 websites total)
• Accountable for day to day European sites merchandising: image production, products information
• Responsible for driving and defining product content enhancements – imagery, product descriptions
• Work with internal stakeholders and manage third party agencies

Knowledge and experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience with E-Commerce site management (Customer journey & Analytics experience)
• Knowledge of SAP Hybris Platform a plus
• Experience in search engine optimization
• Great leadership skills to manage and develop a team
• Record of growing online sales through U/X improvements
• Fluent English written and oral with great communication and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills
• Sports enthusiast, energetic and active participant as well
