As Accelerated Products Specialist, you will be responsible for empowering the LPS sales team to drive adoption and growth of emerging DoubleClick products. The initial scope is on driving acceleration of Outstream Video, with longer-term focus on go to market strategy for the Travel vertical. 

To do this you will be expected to be a thought leader in programmatic advertising, with expertise across DoubleClick products and its competitors. You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-regional groups, be able to work autonomously with fast and efficient execution, and have the drive and passion to make a real difference to the business. 

Responsibilities 
-Support sales team with outstream video strategy and execution 
-Provide expert guidance and support for sales - and external customers - on outstream video 
-Partner with buy-side (AdX, DBM, SPOCk) and programmatic GTM teams to drive premium outstream video demand 
-Work with the global teams (PM, GSL, GTM) to understand the full potential of the product and the competitive landscape 
-Partner with PM, GSL and sales to identify and commercialise new products/opportunities and bring feedback from publishers 
-Act as point person for outstream video across publisher solutions GTM team to advance feature adoption 
-Deliver refresher training for sales on DoubleClick outstream video features 
-Work closely with sales to develop and deliver strategic account pitches and proposals 
-Partner with marketing and GSL to develop an outstream video case study for EMEA 
-Develop go to market strategy and partner prioritisation for the travel vertical in EMEA 

Minimum Qualifications 
-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
-Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically 
-Strong analytical ability to make data-driven decisions 

Preferred Qualifications 
-Excellent presentation, communication, training and influencing skills 
-Experience with publishers across ad operations and/or sales in the online advertising industry, with experience in online video and/or travel a bonus 
-Proven success in solution-based selling and project management 
-Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
