A Document Writer is needed immediately at a global information services group whose principal lines of business includes credit services, marketing services, decision analytics and consumer services.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and edit material for manuals, online help information, client notifications, and internal feature documents.
o Documents will be in various formats include Word/PDF as well as online tools.
• The ideal candidate will be taught the web-based Cross-Channel Marketing Platform used by the organization as well as other documentation tools.
• In this role, the candidate will utilize knowledge of this Platform, product development documentation, and Subject Matter Expert interviews to develop user documentation.
• Review existing published materials and recommend revisions in regards to structure, format, and content.
• Work with cross-functional team members (product, development, project managers, and client services) to understand new application features and functions for publication.
• Develop new feature documentation, organize material and craft your writing in keeping with standards, clarity, style, and terminology.
• Documents must be developed so the features can be understood by clients/email marketers who are not as technical.

Requirements:
• 4-year college degree
• Experience working with web-based applications with a strong aptitude for technology.
• Ability to take technical features and communicate them in a way that non-technical clients and marketers can understand
• Experience working with content management systems
• A plus...experience with Zendesk, a customer service software and support ticket software
