Display Advertising Manager

Seeking a leader for our display advertising program to manage display advertising to drive new customer acquisition and reactivation.

Aquent's client is looking to leverage display advertising to acquire new customers, generate revenue, and promote the value of their products. We are seeking a leader for our display advertising program to manage display advertising to drive new customer acquisition and reactivation. This person must understand both the art and science of online advertising, and have proven success in driving results, ideally in B2C eCommerce customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation. This person must be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to support sophisticated advertising programs leveraging the latest technologies such as advanced behavioral & audience targeting, real-time bidding (RTB), and demand side platforms (DSP).

Responsibilities For This Role Include

•Hands on agency management to develop, create, implement and manage a portfolio of programmatic campaigns.
•Develop scalable display acquisition campaign management processes across a portfolio of dozens of categories and thousands of products
•Establish QA best practices for trafficking, optimizing, and reporting on display acquisition campaigns.
•Deliver against project plans and deliverables on time and on budget.
•Define success criteria, design structured and often sophisticated campaign tests, and analyze test and ongoing campaign results.
•Manage daily campaign customer acquisition performance and continuously identify opportunities to optimize.
•Develop cross functional relationships with finance, technology, promotions, and creative teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow display customer acquisition campaigns.
•Communicate with internal teams to showcase results and identify best practices.

Skills and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree
•5+ years of interactive advertising or marketing experience
•5+ years in agency management experience
•2+ years of experience with a focus on display advertising operations.
•Significant experience and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns
•Significant experience of RTB and DSPs
•Experience leveraging standard ad serving tools, such as DoubleClick/DART or Atlas.
•Knowledge of premium inventory
