Director of Strategy

Vitamin T is assisting our client in the Red Bank, NJ area in their search for a Director of Strategy who will be responsible for aiding both in corporate product development as well as client-facing strategic planning for multichannel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities Include:
· Provide marketing expertise to company and clients to create effective data-driven marketing campaigns.
· Aid in crafting/shaping company's digital and multichannel marketing products and services.
· Work with various departments (Creative/Tech/Accounts) and vendor partners to come up with appropriate strategies and ensure successful launches of multichannel marketing campaigns.
· Communicate directly with clients and/or business development team to gather requirements, request information, etc. as needed to implement campaign strategy.
· Management of ideal recruitment times/dates across multiple client accounts.
· Collaborate with the Tech department to create and present marketing analytics and insights in the form of web-based or Powerpoint-based dashboards.
· Generate copy/provide copy direction for planning and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
· 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Marketing experience and BA/BS in related field (Marketing, Business, Statistics, etc.).
· Strong communication skills (in-person and written).
· Comfort and ability to create/edit PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets (with formulas).
· Strong understanding of basic marketing metrics, segmentation, pharmaceutical messaging, and marketing channels (email, mail, fax, tele, web, etc.).
· Detail oriented with the ability to organize and explain complex marketing campaigns and how it ties back to brands strategic imperatives.
· Experience and knowledge of emerging technologies is a huge plus.
