MARKETS
Responsibilities include marketing a strategic goal to maximize the sale of mobile products, services and software, with a best-in-class demand supply model. The Marketing team manages their supply chain, sales channels, communications and marketing initiatives, and is responsible for delivering the mobile solution offerings to the market.

Description
Develop North America (NA) Marketing Strategy that is aligned with our client’s business strategy. Create strategic marketing plans that drive demand creation, sales conversion, active user’s targets, brand preference and retention across markets and through partners. Create and communicate a NA Marketing vision that addresses long term issues and business benefits. Optimize investment allocations to create the right balance between long-term strategic brand initiatives and demand creation and short term sell out marketing activities. Demonstrate the business value of marketing by utilizing quantifiable metrics and validating ROI.
• Provide strategic marketing leadership in North America and influence the North America Organization
• Adapt the Global Brand strategy for NA ensuring relevant and thoughtful consumer messaging
• Develop consumer insights to drive product and marketing positioning
• Manage overall marketing return on investment (working vs. nonworking; brand vs. channel)
• Prioritize and allocate resources according to strategic need
• Ensure effective provision, analysis and use of timely, high quality, actionable North America strategic consumer and market intelligence to support senior management decision making, brand and business group marketing strategy and strategic planning

Desired Skills & Experience
Solid experience in marketing planning, marketing operations, business development, strategy development, driving marketing return on investment and consumer and industrial market research.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to translate analysis into insights and actionable recommendations. Proven track record in all aspects of strategy formulation, business delivery and portfolio execution. Strategic conceptualization, problem solving, quantification, communication and negotiation.
• Demonstrates financial and business acumen. Controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
• Full-knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and the ability to execute on all types of research. Strong understanding of consumer segmentation and development of consumer insight to drive marketing strategy and planning development. Can apply consumer understanding to build practical solution propositions.
• Strong background and understanding of various types of marketing tools and techniques and has solid experience in implementing the tools across different types of media. Experience in driving integrated marketing plans and activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to sets clearly defined objectives
• Understands the value and can execute the client brand strategy, architecture, co-branding and identity in all marketing and portfolio activities, helping to protect and transform the brand into a solutions brand.
• Exceptional Verbal and Written skills. Expresses opinions, information and key points clearly. Makes presentations with skill and confidence, conveying clear messages. Listens to and responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.
• Ability to lead internal and external teams and to manage projects simultaneously
• Mastery in Content identification for preloads, campaign & always on marketing efforts
• Min Education Requirements of the Job: Degree in Marketing
• Min Years of Experience Required for the Job: 14 or more years of relevant experience.
