Director of Marketing

Our client has a long history of bringing enterprise modernization solutions to market, and they're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Director of Marketing to expand their depth and breadth of marketing programs. A primary focus of the role will be to increase awareness of our client in order to drive more quality leads for the sales department. This includes campaign and marketing program management, website management, social media activities and analytics/reporting.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through the support, implementation, management, and optimization of marketing, advertising and lead generation programs including paid search, email marketing, promotions, and other digital media programs. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for analyzing and refining these efforts to maximize profitability.

Elements for Success:

Manage lead management workflow on our websites and drive leads to sales force
Execute marketing campaigns and lead generation programs to fill sales funnel and maximize ROI on programs.
Create landing pages and drive A/B testing to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead
Drive strong new business generation by analyzing search engine marketing programs to support sales in reaching revenue goals
Own and manage the look & feel and content of the websites. Drive strategies to increase traffic and improve lead conversions
Drive SEO activities in every aspect of online marketing - leverage partners, customers and communities to drive quality organic traffic to the web sites
Manage the blog and all social networking pages to extend reach and increase awareness
Leverage a "test, measure and refine" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability
Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking for campaigns (CPC, CPA, conversion rates…) and for the web site (Google Analytics)
Demonstrate ROI and overall impact of online activities
Management of search marketing budget

A master multi-tasker, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficient productivity

A skilled communicator who is able to get their point across effectively in both written and verbal communications
Familiar with online marketing and advertising best practices

Previous experience with a software company would be a HUGE plus
Strong creative outlook
