Director of Integrated Marketing

The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for driving demand marketing strategies to help individual business units achieve revenue and profit goals. The Director of Integrated Marketing will support new client sales, engagement, and retention by creating a fresh, client-facing marketing strategy, including communications, trade show and event activities, competitive intelligence, managing association relationships, and instituting success metrics across all marketing activities. The Director of Integrated will promote and embed thought leadership and solution selling best practices across all marketing programs.

Qualified candidates must have significant event and trade show experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct the development of client facing Marketing communications. Develop solution selling value propositions and messaging framework. Leverage framework to create a variety of marketing assets to deploy across web, print, and sales channels.
• Develop a trade show and client facing events strategy and annual calendar.
• Direct and project manage large client events including Webinars, conference presentations company-sponsored summit.
• Manage all elements of events and trade shows include all pre-show planning and logistics including space reservations, drayage, shipping, staffing, giveaways, contests, budget, and booth preparation.
• Coordinate all lead generation activities, including those resulting from trade shows and other events. Ensure leads are integrated into sales force automation tool and work with sales team to track lead state and drive conversions.
• Build understanding of competitive landscape and prepare structured analyses of competitive threats and activities. Translate insight into recommendations for competitive response strategies. Work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure response strategies are supported with action plans.
• Negotiate and manage all association relationships. Develop process and metrics to determine association ROI.
• Manage to marketing to budget; continually seeking out ways to streamline costs.
