Director of E-Commerce Marketing

Hip, forward thinking, growing technology company is looking to add a Director of E-commerce Marketing to their team.
You will be responsible for the global sales and marketing objectives of driving increased sales, profitability, customer retention and sustained growth. This role will oversee and execute online direct-to-consumer marketing activities including SEO, Paid Search, E-mail Marketing and Loyalty Programs. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of innovation, best-practices implementation, project management and will have a strong knowledge of forecasting, tracking and reporting tools across all activities. Excellent communication, reporting and analytical skills will be key in driving success of the E-commerce team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement and manage all direct-to-consumer marketing efforts. (SEO, Paid Search, Email, Loyalty & B2B Services)
• Provide analysis and reporting on program KPIs and ROI – identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and growth.
• Responsible for testing and implementation customer experience to increase conversions, reduce abandonment and increase customer lifetime profitability.
• Perform web metric analysis and provide suggestions for improvement of overall website performance.
• Accurate forecasting and reporting of sales, orders and customer acquisition.
• Implement new marketing initiatives and partnerships to drive traffic to all platforms (desktop, tablet and mobile).
• Implement primary market research to better understand customer demographic, psychographic and geographic information.
• Conduct trend analysis across product and technology
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Marketing or Business related field.
• 5+ years of e-commerce related work experience
