Vitamin T is looking for a Director of Digital Strategy for an agency in downtown Seattle. This person work closely with the executive team in advancing their capabilities and reputation for innovation, culture and working environment, clientele, quality work, and financial success. The digital team is comprised of social media, web applications, paid digital media, content and communications planning.

As the digital division lead, the Director, Digital Strategy provides overall strategic direction for all work the agency develops and produces as it pertains to online channels.

This leadership position in strategy is expected to provide thought leadership, creative collaboration and communications planning oversight and support for all agency work. The Director is also responsible for division-level daily operations and growth. This role represents agency digital capabilities to potential and existing agency clients. In addition, he/she will collaborate with agency partners and department leads to help grow new agency business while overseeing all digital agency team members and contractors.

Responsibilities
• Serves as primary leader, manager and point of contact for all digital team members
• Leads through digital strategy for all agency work to include social media, paid digital media, content and communications planning
• Collaborates with the partner team in the growth strategy
• Responsible for the P&L of the digital business unit
• Oversees digital production team members to productivity and performance in their individual roles
• Evaluates team and individual performance and adjusts personnel, as needed (additional hiring/removal/interviewing)
• Develops professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Other duties as assigned
