Are you a marketing guru who loves to drive traffic to website?

We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy & Communication expert for our Los Angeles based client.

The position will be responsible for developing digital content/brand publishing strategy and calendar that supports both short and long-term goals. Position will increase engagement with our client’s brand by creating content that provides value and is optimized for search and user personas across all (digital) channels. The individual will develop standards, systems and best practices for digital content creation, distribution, and measurement. Individual interacts with cross business groups and senior management on content projects that have significant impact enterprise-wide.

Some of the main responsibilities include:
• Create and manage digital campaign strategies that drive the business by respecting the conventions of digital channel use and customer behavior.
• Gather, synthesize and apply digital insights to inform campaign strategies. Develop campaign success metrics, and track performance against goals and budget.
• Lead design thinking and ensure success of product innovation and digital initiatives.
• Educate and inspire team on digital opportunities and best practices for all clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns and measure ROI.

We are looking for someone with:
• Successful track record managing large-scale website, mobile, web, video, social media, and paid digital campaigns. Experience defining creative and media strategy from brief through execution. (5+ years).
• Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital
disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics.)
• Proven experience building and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of cosmetic/beauty industry products and direct selling services desired.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, English, Journalism or equivalent field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
