Director, Product Marketing

In this key role in this Fortune 500 Financial Service Investment Company, the candidate will be responsible for developing the strategy for creating, updating, promoting and distributing timely and relevant product content to Financial Advisors that will speed their transformation to wealth managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategy for delivering integrated product content across multiple channels to effectively support Advisors and team in meeting client needs
• Oversee end-to-end process for marketing solutions directly to FAs, including developing direct to FA content, field engagement strategy and powerful resources for Advisors to use with clients
• Develop comprehensive programs and turn-key sales campaigns and resources for Advisors to engage clients and drive business
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to create tactical and strategic product content, with special emphasis on planning, banking and other non-investment products
• Create measurement methodology for effectiveness of content created; accountable for continuous quality and improvements
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with product partners, Field Leadership and National Sales
• Effectively track and measure usage and impact of FA content
• Drive increased usage of marketing materials and programs among advisors; measuring traffic and conversion among prospects and clients
• Coordinating across various business groups, including WMAG and Solutions

Requirements:
• Show a demonstrated success at designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Successfully lead a high-performance team with proven results
• Strong knowledge of Financial Advisors and the wealth management business
