Job Title: Director of Marketing Analytics
Location: Boston, MA
Direct Manager: VP of Marketing Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies that impact the Marketing team as a whole

- Manage and develop a high-impact data analytics team

- Create actionable recommendations based on insights from reports and dashboards

- Drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage by staying on the leading edge of marketing analytic approaches

- Develop an understanding of the business needs of each partnering department


Required Qualifications & Experience
· 7+ years of analytics experience in a Marketing function
· Experience in a leadership role with proven experience coaching and developing a high performing analytics team
· Technical “know how” of marketing analytics tools, testing systems and tag management
· Experience in core areas of Marketing Analytics including: marketing ROI, demand waterfalls, Campaign measurement, channel & marketing analytics

Desired Characteristics & Fit
· Past experience building or refining a marketing automation group
· Passion for building new programs and expanding existing ones, not simply maintaining the status qup
· Aptitude for supporting ideas with data
· Data driven with strong communication skills
